Yeah, I'm glad she did have her own. Well, it was for the most part her own. There where others with gifts very similar to Bellas. But she was the most powerful. She could wrap hers around anyone.

Her Power was indicative to her nature. She protected everyone, no matter how feudal. She didn't like for anyone to be picked on. I think it was kind of cool how she played it out throughout the whole series and even said that your power is something that you always had but never realized you could do.

What about the fact that she wasn't like a newborn??? At first I thought that was her gift, but I was like, "what a crappy gift to give her Stephanie!" lmao
So.....she didn't really explain that one in the book, that kinda confuses me. I laid in bed thinking of that last night.....hmmmmmmmm??????

She wasnt like normal Newborns because she was ready for what was going to happen and she pretty much prepared herself mentally. Edward and Carlise talk about it a little at the end of the book just before the Volturi come. Edward says that Carlise believes its because of her planning for what was going to happen.

Yeah I knew they talked about that, but Jasper still seemed like it wasn't that. That's what I got from it anyways.

I think it's part of her gift...she said in Twilight in the restaurant after Edward saved her that "she's always been good at surpressing bad memories"...this may be part of the protection gift here...I don't really think it's because of her planning. And Ecward and Carlisle only offer that as a possibilty not the actual reason. I think Stephenie left a lot of things opening to interpretation so that we could kind of make our own. Which is great.

I want her to write some more books. That would be awesome and give me something else to read.

According to her site she's currently working on two projects...as to what they are only those closest to her probably know...one maybe the second The Host book and we could only hope the other is MS....though I doubt that one...but who knows guess we just wait and see.

I have a feeling, even if she was working on midnight sun, she wouldnt tell anyone. I bet it just shows up on the shelfs one day.

That would be nice if it is one of the things she is working on and just doesnt want anyone to know. If I was a writer I dont think I would tell anyone about any of my projects because of the same reasons as what happened with Midnight Sun. I understand that she feels betrayed but it is something that happens when you are famous. It happens just about all famous people at some point in their career, and honestly it should make them flattered at least a little bit to have so many people want to see what they have created.

Yeah probably...that way it couldn't get leaked again or people can't hound her about what's happening and all that.
